Transform @ Galleri Fedt
As a part of Art Cruising, Gallery Fedt presents three cutting-edge male photographers with three different interpretations of the same theme; Transformation of the male gender: Jeffrey Silverthorne (USA), Steven Freiheit (DE/DK) and Pierre Molinier (FR).
Fedt shows Silverthorne’s strong, kitschy, black and white snapshots from the 70’s Female Impersonators in Rhode Island next to the trashy but colourful snapshots of mask-wearing men in women’s clothes in bathroom settings by Friheit. As a hidden treasure you’ll find the French, erotic photo artist Pierre Molinier’s amazing Marquis de Sade-like photography of himself posing as a woman.
